\nReservations can be made through our website, a reservation site, by phone or email.
\nAt the time of booking, 50% of the total value of the stay is charged.
\nThe values of the stay do not include tourist taxes.
\nExclusive group policies may apply for reservations over 6 people.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policies<\/strong>
\nIf the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the reservation, the amount already paid will be refunded.
\nIf cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the reservation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n

Check-In \/ Check-Out<\/strong>
\nCheck-in can be made from 04:00 p.m.
\nCheck-out can be made until 10:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Means of Payment<\/strong>
\nPayment can be made in cash, bank transfer, VISA credit card and debit card.<\/p>\n

Breakfast Time<\/strong>
\nFrom 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

General<\/strong>
\nReception is available every day until 10:00 p.m.
\nAccess to rooms outside reception hours can be made through the cell phone app or the access code provided.
\nSmoking is prohibited inside all rooms.
\nPets are not allowed.
\nBreakfast is not included and is available by appointment for a fee of EUR 5.
\nAccess to the kitchen is allowed for all guests from 12:00 pm onwards.
\nMinors cannot check in without being accompanied by an adult and cannot be accommodated in shared dormitories, unless the space is fully booked for the group.
